IEEE AP-S Chapter Chair Meeting Event (Region 1 to Region 10)

The COVID-19 outbreak has presented everyone with unprecedented challenges and uncertainties. In the light of uncertainties regarding travel and in response to requests from local authorities it is advisable that scheduling large events during summer 2020 should be postponed or cancelled. 2020 IEEE AP-S, USNC-URSI and CNC-URSI organizers have made this difficult decision, after careful consultation and review with local government authorities, partners and venues, and have elected to deliver our flagship IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting as a virtual conference, scheduled from 5th-10th July 2020.
Traditionally, Chapter Chairs meeting (CCM) is organized during summer flagship IEEE AP-S/URSI international conference. This venue is elected to provide opportunity to Chapter officers to interact, engage and network with administrative committee (AdCom) members, Committee Chairs, and the world's leading experts in antennas and propagation from academia, industry, and government. Out of concern for health and safety of all the Chapter officers, volunteers and members amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chapter Chairs meeting (CCM) which was scheduled on July 09, 2020 at the flagship event of IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is transitioning to a virtual event. All the Chapter Chairs and Chapter Offciers are encoraged to regsiter for the event.
