On 20th June, 2020 Mr. Balakrishna presented us with qualities and talents that are expected from  freshers.

The speaker started the session by sharing his experience as a student in college.

Then it moved to explain the love triangle which is Designer -> EDA (Electronic Design Automation) -> Foundry.

the speaker then spoke about the traits and caliber that a student should have to achieve a  good career.

They expect  students to be  agile, passionate, logical, self motivated, honest and disciplined.

The speaker then explained on how the industry wants freshers who can use their theoretical knowledge and create a new product thus putting their ideas into a practical approach.

The session continued to expand on how the students should come out their comfort zone and explore what lies ahead of them.

Students should always figure out the difference between what they have and what they should be desiring.
