PES – Distinguished Lecture Program (DLP) - A Talk on “Game Changing Technologies in Power & Energy Sector--Worldwide-The Road Ahead for Future Engineers"
Introducing the topic “Game Changing Technologies in Power & Energy Sector--Worldwide-The Road Ahead for Future Engineers" to the audience.
In this program, participants from Host Institute (VNRVJIET), other Institutes (IITH, Geethanjali Engg. College, Jayamukhi Institute etc.) have interacted with eminent Distinguished Lecturer (DL) and discussed about the future scenarios in the Power & Energy Sector World Wide and how to benefit from the opportunities and face the challenges. Through this program DL shared new ideas to Innovative Engineers/ Research Scholars to initiate good development work. This program has given a broad vision of areas where new job opportunities may be available, worldwide in general in Micro Grids, and Smart Grids. DL has discussed implementation of Micro Grids in Australia and challenges and opportunities for implementation of Micro Girds in India.
