La Secretaría Nacional de Energía (SNE) está en el proceso de divulgación de los Lineamientos Estratégicos de la Transición Energética, por lo que IEEE Panamá apoya este esfuerzo para que llegue a distintos foros; en esta ocasión, colaboramos con la SENACYT y la SNE para que miembros de la academia estén anuentes a esta iniciativa a través de un Café Científico en el que se contará con la participación de la Dra. Guadalupe González - Directora de Electricidad de la SNE, Dr. Edilberto Hall - catedrático de la UTP, Dra. Jessica Guevara - representante académico del WEC Panamá y la Ing. Rosilena Lindo - PNUMA, quienes darán sus reflexiones sobre la propuesta presentada por la SNE.

Cabe resaltar que los tres primeros son miembros del IEEE Panamá.
