‘Keeping Yourself Well’ webinar

Our world has been changing rapidly recently. You have likely been facing various unknowns and adjustments. With this, it is hard not to worry about what it all means for yourself, those you love, and your wider community. Furthermore, an underlying question has become how you maintain your health and wellbeing, resilience, productivity, and sense of connection under COVID-19 conditions? We encourage you to attend ‘Keeping Yourself Well’ webinar on Friday the 5th of June at 10:30 am to learn about stress, common responses to COVID-19, sitting with uncertainty, enhancing your self-care capacities, and adjusting your study routines throughout this time.

 

The webinar will be presented by Angela Markovic. Angela is one of our student counsellors on campus. She currently works across both student counselling services – supporting both ADFA trainee officers as well as civilian students. Angela has been working as a clinical psychologist for 5.5 years and thoroughly enjoys this work. She has experience in both the private as well as tertiary education sectors. Angela has particular interest in working with presentations including anxiety, depression, grief, and relational concerns, yet is above all interested in working with any clients who would like support and could benefit from exploration of their concerns.
