Biography:
The Director of Implementation for ONEMedia 3.0, a subsidiary of Sinclair focused on ATSC 3.0 adoption, Fred has been building the Dallas test SFN, and other things. A long time Denver resident, his current focus is on concentrate on Emergency Alerting and Informing.
