Hi I'm Eldon Nelson M.S. P.E., the Chair of the IEEE Twin Cities Section. Last month in August 2020, we ended a survey of our local IEEE members to poll what are topics for workshops that would most interest them personally to attend. The highest response topics were: deep learning, python and presentation skills. The IEEE Twin Cities Section officer team reviewed training partners and solicited training to a one day online interactive workshop put on by Doulos.
I have taken courses from Doulos in the past and have read papers from them in my industry. They have excellent training materials, and I expect this one day workshop to be excellent as well. We worked with the Doulos team to get reduced rate tickets for our local IEEE members and made a special sponsorship program with the Section to help lower the costs as well.
I would encourage you to see the possible training tracks (4) that are available and if any of them would be helpful for you in your career. At registration you will have to choose one (1) of the tracks for the full day training. I am quite excited for this opportunity to bring real value to our IEEE local members. About this Event
The Embedded KnowHow Live Online Workshops this September features live presentations with Doulos expert trainers, with interactive Q&A throughout and exercises that you can follow yourself to reinforce the learning. You will also be able to interact online with other industry experts and technology partners through the day and you will take away some valuable resources to use in your own working environment.

Ticket Procedure
Click on the "Link to External Registration" below which will bring you to an Eventbrite page. From there, click on the green "Register" link. Click on the "Enter promo code" link on the ticket selection page and put in the special IEEE registration code (see email). Your ticket price will now be $49 and you may choose your track. You will be emailed information on how to join and a receipt.
