We will have our monthy society meeting. We will discuss the progress on the organizations website, upcoming chapter events and the Rising Stars Conference - Global (January 2-4, 2021)
The leadership challenge of the evening was how to operationalize failure. Topics include: how to fail, what makes failure important, understanding the economincs of failure (ROI, specific costs, etc.) and teaching engineering professionals how to fail, then learn from those failures.
