About Speaker: Mr.Vikas Asawat is an alumnus of Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law IIT Kharagpur. He also holds Master of Intellectual Property Law. He is a qualified Patent Attorney and Registered with Patent Office, Government of India. He is practising as an Advocate and Patent and Trade Mark Attorney (Qualified and Registered with Patent Office and Trade Mark Registry Govt. of India). He is also the current Patent Expert in the Panel of Institute Innovation Council, NIT Raipur. He has 4 Journal publications, 4 Conference Proceedings, on various IPRs issues and concepts besides articles in newspapers and newsletters. . He has delivered around 170 specialized lectures and training programme on Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws in various institutions and industrial associations.
