In this session, the speakers talk about what multinational companies expect from fresh graduates and young professionals.

Firstly, Mr. Sasanka Jayadasa Senior Manager (Nestle) sheds light on “what you want to do in life” as deciding where to start plays a major role in your career.

Mr. Jayadasa also mentions the significance of self awareness, embracing diversity while entering another country, thinking outside the box and having the right attitude playing a major role in creating an impression on others.

Secondly, Mr. Nicholas Wigishoff (Country Manager, SUEZ) talks about being in a position of recruitment, implying whether the fresh graduate is natural, beneficial to the company under his supervision and have an aspiration to learn more.
