IEEE  gives you ample opportunity to do so, Lesson learnt on leadership as a IEEE volunteer, help a lot in professional & personal life and how to manage yourself. It takes initiative and learn from  success & failures. A leader must work as team, in teams and create teams. It is very essential to define a goal & objective. The program goals to accelerate learning of the IEEE’s organization, Increase volunteer engagement and create a foundation that develop future IEEE volunteer leaders. The volunteer leadership Training program has started to develop core skills such as onsite skills, practical skills, planning skills and comprehension skills. There are a lot of operational and strategic process to ensure the smooth functionality of a leadership, this session is specially organized to give insights on how to inspiring student leader of IEEE.
