•        Understand ComSoc vision, mission, organization, and support

•        Equip and enrich chapter chairs with knowledge and tools of the operation of the chapters to be relevant, effective and impactful. 

•        Address chapter training needs and issues 

 •       Connect with and learn best practices from other chapters across the region
