1. Establishing a strategy for cooperation with IEEE Poland Section.
2. Presentation of the rules of organization and operation of the IEEE Poland Section by the members of the IEEE Poland Section Management Board.
3. Arrangements for late elections in EMC-S PL in July 2020 and the term of office of the new Management Board until June 2022.
4. Arrangements for reporting and the scope of support from the Management Board of IEEE Poland Section for EMC-S PL.
5. Arrangements regarding the financial condition of EMC-S PL and the principles of spending funds under the IEEE.
6. Presentation of EMC-S PL action plans.
