Biography:

Dr. S M Naeemul Islam completed his B.Sc. And M.Sc. In EEE from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He completed his Ph.D. in ECE from Purdue University. Dr. Islam currently works in Wolfspeed, a Cree company as a research scientist. His focus is to design and model next-generation 4H-SiC power semiconductor devices.

His hobbies include playing sports, gardening, and driving.
