Biography:

Dr. Shehrin Sayed completed his B.Sc. in EEE from BUET and M.Sc. & Ph.D. in ECE from Purdue University. He currently works as a postdoctoral researcher in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, UC Berkeley and Materials Sciences Division, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research interests include non-volatile memory, magnetism & spintronics, and emerging quantum materials. His research has been recognized with the 2018 Dimitris N. Chorafas award, characterized by its high potential for practical applications.

His hobbies include music, playing guitar, hiking, and traveling.
