Overview: IEEE subject matter experts partnered with Rutgers University Business School to develop a Mini-MBA program specifically for engineers.  The IEEE l Rutgers Online Mini-MBA for Engineers was created to help corporate employees bridge the gap between business and engineering as they prepare for growth into leadership and management roles.  It is the only online Mini-MBA program specifically designed for teams of engineers.
What is a Mini-MBA?  It is a training regimen focused on the fundamentals of business management.  The program provides an introductory insight into business, preparing learners for a foundational understanding of traditional MBA content but in shorter introductory modules.

This webinar is hosted by a local Chapter of the IEEE Technology & Engineering Management (TEMS) Society
