Abstract:

The manufacturing of the Transformer is integrated into the global supply chain. With the improvement of technology, the design and manufacturing of transformer can be more aggressive such as reduce clearance and use of pure mineral oil during FAT to ensure the passing of tests during FAT. Cleanroom and environmental conditions can be compromised during the manufacturing process which can have an impact on the life expectancy of the transformer. This presentation will walk through the quality assurance of the transformer during the manufacturing of transformer.
