Welcome and Announcements: Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary welcomed all the members present in the meeting.

Agenda Item #1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.

Discussion: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Ms. Teena Sharma and with the consent of members present in the meeting, the minutes were approved.

Agenda Item #2: Lecture Series on Computational Intelligence

Discussion: As proposed in Agenda Item #2 of the Executive Committee Meeting held on December 14^th, 2020; the lecture on “Time Series Analysis” was delivered by Prof. Vrijendra Singh, Dept. of Information Technology, IIIT Allahabad, India. The lecture was attended by UG and PG students of various local colleges.

Action Item: The video of the lecture should be uploaded on the chapter’s webpage.
