Welcome and Announcements: Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary welcomed all the members present in the meeting.

Agenda Item #1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.

Discussion: The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Ms. Teena Sharma and with the consent of members present in the meeting, the minutes were approved.

Agenda Item #2: Lecture Series on Computational Intelligence

Discussion: As proposed in Agenda Item #2 of the Executive Committee Meeting held on December 14^th, 2020; the lecture on “System Design” was delivered by Dr. Sujeet Mishra, Chief Design Engineer (Electric Locos), Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi, Ministry of Railways, Varanasi, U.P., India. The lecture was attended by UG and PG students of various local colleges. Moreover, the video of the lecture held on December 23^rd, 2020 has been uploaded on the chapter’s webpage https://iitk.ac.in/idea/IEEECIS11/lectures.html.

Action Item: The video of the lecture should be uploaded on the chapter’s webpage.
