Agenda

- Financial reporting for year 2020 is completed (Stanley, 12 Jan 2021)
- To prepare a roadmap for the activities/event for 2021
- A formal voting for PES society officer positions 2021 (other societies officers are nominted and approved)
- Finalize, Update ExCom and Society officers in vTools, Section Website
- Meeting reporting in vTools
- Prepare application to get funds from HQ for Future City Competition
- Any other suggestions from team

The deadline for submitting annual financial reports is the last day of February, and the deadline for annual officer and meeting reports is 15 March. To be eligible for the 10% bonus, all reporting (financial, meeting, and officer) must be submitted by the third Friday in February.
