Greetings of the day
I am pleased to invite you to the All Hyderabad Computer Society Student Chapter Representatives Meet up 2021.
In order to conduct streamlined activities under CS chapter we have to prepare an annual plan and budget and submit the same to IEEE Hyderabad Section. For this purpose, a meeting of CS members is proposed on Sunday, 21 February from 7.00 PM to 8.30PM. I request all the members of CS chapter and especially those who have a CS student chapter in the college to attend this meeting and provide their inputs and volunteering support for the conduct of events in 2021. We have to plan an event in February itself.

Agenda:
IEEE CS Hyderabad Chapter interacts regularly with various IEEE Student Branches and encourages them to take up programs which focus on the Computer Science and Technology Sector. CS Hyderabad Chapter motivates Student Members to join CS and also to open CS SB Student Chapters in their Colleges. Our Chapter is helping student branches to get Experienced and Expert Speakers from Industry and Academic Institutions for various Programs that the Student Branches organise. Our CS Chapter also Organises Annual CS Student Meet to update them on Technology Trends/Networking among IEEE-Student Members and also with IEEE Professional Members. CS Chapter also educates the CS SBs about various opportunities to get funding for Student initiated IEEE-Projects and helps them in implementing.
This meet is planned to increase the interaction between the CS SB Members and the CS Hyderabad Chapter Excom Members.It is also expected that this show casing of CS Chapters will encourage other CS SB Chapters to work and apply for Awards in the Years Ahead.
