Stuart Hobson Middle School, a public school, in Washington, DC will be having a virutal Science Fair.

It will be on line only using Microsoft Teams (similar to WebEx, Zoom and all the others). There will be 64 students in 4 on line rooms and students will be rotating in to give Power Point presentations in 15 minute blocks. A teacher will be present for each room throughout.  There will be a supplied judging form on line from Microsoft Forms.

These are 6th - 8th grade students who have lots of challenges simply showing up for a virtual science fair. Of course, this also is true for the teachers. Do not make comments on conditions beyond there control such as background noise. Be encouraging and make positive suggestions for their next project.

We need a minimum of 1 judge per room (several are better), there will be one teacher per room, and there are 2 blocks: 11AM - 1PM & 1PM - 3PM so there are 8 judging slots.
