Biography:

Vincent Benini is the VP of Customer Solutions at PositivEnergy, a NY-born battery solutions provider where he is responsible for leading the sales engineering team and developing new energy storage solutions to address underserved market sectors.  Prior to joining Positive Energy Vincent was the eastern lead for Enel X’s Storage Sales Engineering team in North America. In his time with Enel X Vincent developed & deployed technical and financial solutions for projects ranging from 100kW to 10MW with complex value stacks in a variety of markets including NYC, ISO-NE, and Ontario.  Before moving to Enel X Vincent led the field deployment of over a dozen battery energy storage systems from the Mid-Atlantic region through Ontario for Lockheed Martin and served as a consultant for various eastern utilities Demand Side Management Programs.  Vincent is also a Certified Energy Risk Professional (ERP) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a rigorous certification program designed to measure a candidate’s knowledge of the major energy markets and gauge their ability to manage the physical and financial risks inherent in the complex world of energy markets.
