Mahmud Naseef Mahmud Naseef of Rohde & Schwarz

Topic:

OTA medical patient monitoring systems: Wireless co-existence can be lifesaving

This webinar is focused on design and application issues of medical electronic equipment used in the proximity so also affected by coexistence issues. Speakers will start with an introduction to the relevant wireless technologies and coexistence challenges. After considering compliance regulations and standards, we will take a closer look at test plan development, and implementing lab testing including radiated anechoic chambers and calibration, before describing the necessary measurements. Practical examples are used to illustrate both the challenges of and solutions for, correlating real-life environments including worst-case scenarios.
