A woman is a full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and transform.” Understanding a woman is a mystery and it needs lots of perseverance and knowledge. A woman is the epitome of love, sacrifice, care and ability to nurture life. Women now are more empowered and aware of their right and society has accepted their stand. Society is changing and paving the way for the growth of women. The changes can be seen in the fields of education, healthcare, equality, and job opportunity. The new decade has seen a marked change in attitude towards women at large. Women have made strides in every field like politics, space exploration. The ability to find a balance between home, family, friends and work makes them the irreplaceable pillars of our society. 

This theme promotes role of women in New Era 2021. Every year, the theme spreads a beautiful message to society. The theme for 2021, Role of women in New Era demands us to promote, different shade of women in our surrounding. So, let us all take action and responsibility through our power, voice and social media. This event is being organized under the banner of WEC committee; CCSIT.The competition started by the lamp lighting ceremony, by Associate Dean Dr. Manjula Jain, Joint Registrar (Research & Development) Dr. Vaishali Dhingra, Principal of college Prof. R.K. Dwivedi, H.O.D. Computer Science Department, Dr. A.K. Saxena and Coordinator, WEC CCSIT, Mrs. Ranjana Sharma. A number of students took part in the competition and expressed their views and students also given memorable dance performance on this occussion.The dance were themes based and which also full of culture. Prof. R.K. Dwivedi, convey his wishes on this occasion to all the female faculty and non-faculty, members as well as the students. All women staff and students of CCSIT were present for the program.
