The Faculty of Engineering and Computing Sciences (FOECS), Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad celebrated "Parakram Diwas” remembering Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his 125th birth anniversary on 23rd January, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the Lecture Theater-4. The Principal and Director of FOECS Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi paid his tribute and homage to Netaji by offering flowers on his portrait. On this occasion, other faculty members and staff members including Head of Department Dr. Ashendra Kumar Saxena, Proctor Dr. Shambhu Bhardwaj, Prof. R.C. Tripathi, Dr. Sandeep Verma, Dr. Shakti Kundu, Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Dr. Arpit Jain , Dr. Pankaj Kumar Goswami, Dr. Garima Goswami, Mr. Rupal Gupta, Dr. Zareen Farooq, Ms. Neha Anand, Mrs. Anu Sharma, Mrs. Ranjana Sharma also remembered Netaji. A documentary video on the life of Netaji was displayed during the session. This program was observed in a simplistic manner by following the social distancing in view of the Corona pandemic. Speaking about the biography of Netaji, the Director and Principal of the college, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi, told the audience to learn patriotism and bravery from the life of Netaji. At the end of the program, the Director and Principal of the college, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi thanked everyone for participating in the programme. The program was anchored by Dr. Sonia Jayant.
