Biography:
Dr. Rajasekharareddy Chilipi received the B.Tech. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, India, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2014. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Lecturer at Bapatla Engineering College, Bapatla, India. During Nov.2013-Oct.2014, he worked as postdoctoral research fellow at electrical and computer engineering department, National University of Singapore, Singapore. From Dec.2014 to Nov.2019, he worked as postdoctoral research associate at electrical and computer engineering, Khalifa University Abu Dhabi, UAE. Since Dec.2019 he is working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering, Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, Gujarat. He has published a number of research papers in various refereed journals. He has received an award from Indian Ministry of Energy, Department of Power for the best paper published on power development and utilization. His research interests include self-excited induction generators, power electronics applications in renewable energy systems, electric drives, power quality, and control of custom power devices.
