The 2021 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) features a special forum on Women in Engineering (WIE), entitled “Women In Engineering: The Journey Continues”. In this forum, 6 professionals will share their visions on how to open more doors for WIE, the career growth opportunities for WIE, how to overcome gender barriers, and, above all, how to encourage, inspire and motivate new generations of women and girls to write their future in engineering.
