International Conference on BIOMEDICAL SMART STRUCTURES AND SYSTEMS 2021
The IC/SBMSSS 21 proposes to publish research papers on theoretical analysis, experimental studies and innovation concerning advanced techniques. This Symposium is not only a forum where researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners can exchange their knowledge and experience, but also serves as an educational channel for students and any others who would like to learn more about the new trends in this field of study. This symposium meet will address the application of methods to real world scenario and seeks to strengthen a deeper understanding in the Engineering discipline by encouraging the qualitative and quantitative performance evaluation of the emerging advanced techniques.
The primary focus of the conference is to analyze biological systems from a biomechatronic point of view, trying to understand the scientific and engineering principles underlying their extraordinary performance.
This profound understanding of how biological systems work, behave and interact can be used for two main objectives: to guide the design and fabrication of novel, high performance bio-inspired machines and systems for many different applications; and to develop novel nano, micro-, macro- devices that can act upon, substitute parts of, and assist human beings in prevention, diagnosis, surgery, prosthetics, rehabilitation and personal assistance. IC/SBMSSS20-21 welcomes original submissions that have not been published by researchers, clinicians and industrial partners from Medical, Biomedical, Life science, ECE, EIE Communities.
