As a volunteer at different organizational units in IEEE, we go through various processes such as project competitions, conferences, research grant competitions, humanitarian competitions, collections of financial information, award nominations, executive committee nominations, expression of interest for signature conferences, etc.  In the majority of situations, we may need the centralized management system with the capacity to collect, organize, evaluate the online applications and submissions quickly and efficiently. This presentation will uncover the potential of the Openwater IEEE Vtool. The case study will be presented to educate the IEEE volunteers/leadership about the application design & implementation process.

Currently, IEEE Canada (R7) is using the Open water tool for Awards Recognitions, Nomination and Appointments and Scholarships.
