Artuğ Acar joined RightHand Robotics as the Director of Product Management in 2019 and is responsible for defining the product vision, leveraging his years of experience in automation systems for warehouse and logistics industries. In his role, Artuğ analyzes customer requests, provides clarity to the engineering teams, prioritizes features/enhancements and customer requests, and creates the product roadmap.

Artuğ is originally from Izmir, Turkey. He has BS and two MS degrees in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Isenberg School of Management. He started his career as a mechanical design engineer 18 years ago and transitioned to software engineering after completing his academic studies at Northeastern University. Artuğ worked at several high tech companies in the Greater Boston area (MathWorks, Kiva/Amazon Robotics, Symbotic, Humatics) before joining RightHand Robotics.
