Kirby James, MHSc, MBB, FBG President – Unleash Potential
Kirby is an international facilitator and keynote speaker. A regular presenter to STEM Ph.D.’s across Canada he teaches ‘Communicating with Impact” for Mitacs, a national not-for-profit dedicated to increasing the innovativeness of Canada. Kirby also regularly conducts workshops for private CEO groups and is a keynote speaker at major events. Kirby has addressed well over 20,000 adults on topics such as project management, communication, resilience, risk, and cultures of excellence.
Kirby has designed and delivered workshops in continuous offering for over 25 years to over 10,000 adults in the realm of communication. As an executive coach, Kirby regularly counsels senior executives on finding their voice and matching it to their aspirations. As well, Kirby has deep experience in strategic change management (Rotman), LeanSigma (Master Black Belt), and organizational culture diagnosis. Kirby delivered leadership programs at Ryerson, the Rotman School, and national management organizations.
