IMPROVING ACCESS TO STEM STARTUP CAREERS: A DISCUSSION OF EQUITY IN RECRUITMENT. This panel will feature hiring managers and HR professionals from executive coaching, large corporations, and early stage and late stage startups to discuss barriers and successes from their perspective in hiring diverse talent in this sector. This panel will be moderated by an equity professional and will provide a forum for both job-seekers and hiring managers to come together and solve current challenges in the field. Note: this is not a recruitment or job fair - but it will be a chance for connections to be made.
