Blockchain: The future of the internet
The word blockchain has been creating a buzz in the technology industry for quite some time. In this talk, I will explain the basics of blockchain and also introduce to you, an interesting and upcoming protocol called NEAR Protocol. I will also share with you a few ways to interact with the community in this space and show you how you can earn some crypto in this space.
The first half of the talk would be focused on the technical aspects of Blockchain and the second half would be focused on NEAR Protocol and Community participation.

Biography:
Gnanalakshmi T C is Technology Geek, Innovator, Keynote speaker, Community builder and holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. She is currently associated with WileyNXT as Product Manager; Emerging Technologies. She is also a Fellow Alumni at WomenWhoCode and started the WomenWhoCode Blockchain community (www.womenwhocode.com/blockchain). She is currently involved in a few NFT projects as a Solidity developer and is the Blockchain Architect at a Decentralised Fantasy game org known as CoinFantasy. She is an ambassador at various layer-1 chains like Aeternity, Algorand, NEAR Protocol as well as Covalent. She is passionate about education and technology.
