Visit to the Beehold company in the Science and Technology Park Nis
Students of the second year in the module Electronic Components and Microsystems (at FEE-UNI) and members of IEEE SB Nis visited the startup company Beehold (https://beehold.rs/) on Thursday, July 1, 2021, which operates within the Science and Technology Park Nis. On that occasion, the students got acquainted with the product of this company, saw what the work environment looks like, and heard the advice of the founders of this company on how to start a business, what it takes to get from an idea to a company. Students were interested in grants for startup companies. This was the first step in acquiring entrepreneurial competencies for students in this module. The hosts of the visit were: Petar Pejić (CEO), Tihomir Djurkovicć (CFO), and Mihajlo Milovanović (CHO). The visit to the company was part of the activities on the project "Modification of practical classes from the group of subjects in the module Electronic Components and Microsystems (MOD2EKM)" within the program activity "Development of Higher Education" of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia.
