Want to improve your scientific writing and critical thinking? Applications have been open until 31 August 2021 for the Early Career Women in STEMM Paper & Grant Writing Workshop (ECWW2021) on 20-22 September 2021 as an online workshop (https://physics.anu.edu.au/news_events/?EventID=1204).
Hear from keynote speakers including Prof. Igor Aharonovich (ARC CoE Chief Investigator, ARC DECRA Fellow, University of Technology Sydney), Prof. Lan Fu (Future Fellow, The Australian National University), Prof. Drew Evans (Future Fellow, University of South Australia), Prof. Deborah Marsh (NHMRC Senior Research Fellowship, University of Technology Sydney), Prof. Elizabeth New (ARC DECRA and Westpac Research Fellow, The University of Sydney), Prof. Liming Dai (Scientia Professor and an ARC Laureate Fellow, University of New South Wales) and Dr. Rosamund Daw (Nature Senior Editor) as well as successful ECR speakers, attend mentoring sessions with senior academics, meet with colleagues for transparent peer reviews, and improve your skills at writing training workshops at this free three-day event.
Applications are open to all early career women in STEMM located in Australia from any research institution who want to boost their academic skills, meet with like-minded researchers and be inspired by Australia's scientists and academics.
