The session started with the welcome and introduction of the speaker of the day Dr.Sugandha Agarwal by the session moderator cum organizing member Ranjana Sharma. Dr.Sugandha is an Assistant Professor in the department of English, Moradabad Institute of Technology. The topic of her discussion was ‘Accelerators/ incubation-Opportunities’. She explained the basics of start-up, incubator and accelerator nicely. She also threw light on the importance of entrepreneurship in today's scenario and also emphasized on the concept of becoming Job Providers rather than Job Seekers. She discussed about various inspiring personalities who have made their positive contribution to the society. The sessions was very enlightening and informative and the participants also responded by appreciating the session through their messages in the chat box. Prof. R.K. Dwivedi, conveyed his wishes on this occasion to all the faculty and non-faculty members as well as the students. The session was coordinated by Mr. Asish Bishnoi, Mrs.Ranjana Sharma and Mr. Rajendra Prasad Pandey. The session ended with vote of thanks to the speakers and all the participants. All participants gave their attention and appreciated the session.

Biography:
Dr. Sugandha belongs to Moradabad and she works as an Assistant Professor of English in Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad-UP, India since 2007. Her achievements are given below in summarized way:
- She is Editor-in-Chief of MIT International Journal of English Language & Literature (ISSN No. 2347-9779) from last 3 years.
- She has more than 16 years of teaching experience in the institutions of higher learning.
- She has presented more than 15 papers in national and international seminars and conferences on English.
- More than 10 papers have been published in different National and International journals and anthologies.
- More than 20 poems have been published in different International Journals on Nature, Women Humanity and other burning issues of society.
- She has also attended more than 12 workshops on communication skills and Human Values and Professional Ethics including at IIT Roorkee and HBTI Kanpur.
- Her poems, articles and views have also been published in various leading newspapers and Times of India as well.
- She writes articles, short stories and poetry on different themes.
- Her areas of interest include ELT, Indian English Literature, contemporary English, poetry and Communicative English.

- Key Speaker in One Day Workshop on “Human Values and Professional Ethics” held at MIT, Moradabad and received Appreciation Letter for eloquent speech by Director General of Moradabad Institute of Technology( 9 December, 2009).
- Received Appreciation Letter for the commendable work in bringing out the maiden issue of the MIT International Journal of English Language & Literature in Jan 2014.
- Received award for the commendable performance as a mentor by Inner Wheel Club East Shine, Moradabad (2011).
- Received honour for the remarkable contribution in the field of teaching by “Rotary Club Heritage, Moradabad (2008 and 2015).
- Co-Editor of ‘Voyager’ (College Annual magazine).
