Welcome to IoTaIS 2021
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to The 2021 IEEE International Conference on Internet of Things and Intelligence System (IoTaIS 2021). The conference will be held as virtual Conference on November 23-24, 2021. This conference is organized and sponsored by IEEE ComSoc Indonesia Chapter, and supported by Telkom University, IEEE IoT Initiative, and IPv6 Forum.
Recent developments of Internet of Things (IoT) and Intelligence System are numerous and very interesting, covering a wide range of areas, such as: transportation, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, smart city and many more. Many new ideas and research results in these fields continues to emerge from time to time. Unfortunately, there only exist a few events in the region with suitable places to present the ideas as well as to exhibit the recent research results of IoT and Intelligence System. IoTaIS intends to provide solutions to the problems above, by providing a forum for meetings of industry players, researchers and academicians, to showcase the latest research results, to collaborate and to share ideas for the advancement of IoT and Intelligence System.
This conference will provide an international forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from various engineering fields and with cross-disciplinary interests in IoT and Intelligence System to interact and disseminate information on the latest developments. The conference will include technical sessions, tutorials and technology and business panels. You are invited to submit your papers to the conference. After peer review process, accepted papers will be published in the IoTaIS 2021 Conference Proceedings and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore after each paper is thoroughly reviewed and (if any) satisfactorily modified according to the reviewer comments.

Biography:
Principal Engineer, Cisco Europe. Internet R&D Architect. Innovator (~ 300 patents issued at USPTO, H index >50, PhD on deterministic wireless). Expert in IPv6, routing & meshing technologies for reliable wireless & mobility.
Co-author of > 20 RFCs at the IETF, including 2 routing protocols (RPL and RIFT), IoT, deterministic networking and IPv6 ND specs. Also contributed to ISA, IEC and ETSI.
Dr. Jorge Pereira
5G for Connected and Automated Mobility
Biography:
Dr. Jorge Pereira has been with the European Commission since 1996, becoming Principal Scientific Officer in 2005. He works, since 2016, in the area of Future Connectivity Systems, focusing on 5G and beyond, being responsible for the areas of Advanced Spectrum Management; optical-wireless convergence; Connected and Automated Mobility; and Public Protection and Disaster Relief.
He obtained the Engineering and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Lisbon, Portugal in 1983 and 1987, respectively, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering-Systems from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, in 1993.
