Biography:

Dr. P.A. Subrahmanyam (“Subra”) has been a Consulting Professor at Stanford University. He is also engaged in Management/Strategy/Technology consulting for startups, international corporations and investment firms (Venture Capital & Private Equity), and has served in various roles including Founder, Executive Chairman, CEO, CTO and CSO.
His current interests include Blockchain technologies, Cybersecurity, IoT, Big Data, AI/ML & FinTech. He has been instrumental in cross-national initiatives in the areas of Security, Wireless, Networking, Energy & healthcare/bioinformatics.

Dr. Subrahmanyam is a strategic advisor for the Cybersecurity Research Center and the Dean/CSE at NTU (Singapore); he has also been a Faculty collaborator at UC Berkeley and the Berkeley Wireless Research Center. He has earlier been a Fellow at Princeton University, Bell Labs, and held Visiting Professor/Advisory roles at ISI and NTU.

Dr. Subrahmanyam has authored/coauthored over 210 technical papers, 5 books, received numerous awards, and has 14 international awarded/pending patents. He was the Founding Editor-in-Chief of Formal Methods in System Design, a premier journal in its field. He has also presented keynotes, tutorials and colloquia at conferences, universities & research laboratories worldwide.

He is a Fellow of the IEEE.
