NJ COAST SECTION EXCOM / PLANNING MEETING September 2021 - ONLINE
Due to the Covid numbers rising again since June, and to the uncertainty of weather at the peak of hurricane season, online Section meetings are continuing until further notice.
Please register so we have proper reporting figures. This is an online meeting.
Please sign on by 5:55 PM so we can start the meeting promptly at 6 PM. Thank you.
All Section Officers and Chapter, Joint Chapter, and Affinity Chairs are urged to register early and to attend. This is the first meeting after Summer break.
All members of the NJ Coast section, and other persons having business with the section, are invited to attend.

1. Report from Irfan on final dissolution of Computer/Communications Jt. Chapter, which affects quorum; and overall purpose of ExCom meetings.

3. Review and approval of June minutes.
4. Review and vote on resolutions, if any, provided there is a quorum.
5. Reading of Chapter Reports. Chapter, Jt. Chapter, and Affinity Chairs are requested to submit their reports, in writing, to the Section Secretary ( John Deltuvia ) no later than September 9, 2021.
6. Discussion of officer recruitment and possible increase in Jt. Chapters.
7. Other items as needed.
