Biography:

I am a seasoned information technology and sales executive with 12+ years of corporate leadership experience in various sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for consulting with and managing cross-functional teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, as well as for partnering with senior leadership to optimize the customer experience, I have a history of contributing to institutional growth throughout my career. Professional focal points include team leadership, management development, infrastructure development, technology solutions, and project management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and critical thinking skills, as well as business acumen, information technology systems analysis, and resource allocation to support efficiency and maximum returns.

Currently, I am the Solutions Engineering Manager of Financial Services with Vidyo. Under my leadership, I serve as a consultant to help build business cases, answer RFIs/RFPs, and respond to any technical and security questions from stakeholders. I also supervise and design solutions for the financial services vertical in Americas including U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Additionally, I liaise with senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the institution’s technological support structure is driving it forward with minimal expenditures.
