Sean Bestgen, P.E. Sean Bestgen, P.E. of West River Electric Association

Biography:

Sean grew up in Sturgis and went to South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, majoring in electrical engineering. After
graduation, Sean has worked in the engineering industry around the country with Caterpillar, Interstates, DGR Engineering, and West River Electric. Sean and his wife stay busy raising three young boys, spending time with family, and getting out in the beautiful Black Hills.

Robert Raker Robert Raker of West River Electric Association

Biography:

Robert is currently West River Electric's Manager of Public Relations and Communications. His thirteen years of experience in the electric
utility industry range from Demand Side Management, AMI, and Electrical Rates to Interconnection Agreements and Legislative Affairs. He holds a master electrician license with an Associate's Degree from WDT, a Bachelor's Degree from Chadron State, and he is currently in his final year of pursuing a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell|Hamline School of Law. Robert loves mountain biking and walleye fishing in his off time.
