Stress Management and Mental Wellness
With the recent chaos that the Covid19 pandemic has spread across the world, there is a significant impact on the work culture across the world. In some countries, working from home is a norm for certain industries while others are jumping on the bandwagon if not, they will be left behind. Females specifically have faced quite overwhelming challenges and are juggling with the work-home life balance during the lockdown. In this event, we will be giving some tips on mental wellness for females and Dr. Nosheen Sheikh, a well-known psychiatrist from New Zealand will be giving a talk on Stress Management.
