On 22nd september,2021, the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of JNTUK-UCEV college, in association with IEEE PES student branch chapter, organised a semi-virtual event on the eve of Birth Anniversary Celebrations of one of the great personalities, Michael Faraday.

                                             On account of this event, Senior IEEE member Smt. A. Padmaja and PES Student Branch Advisor, Dr. V S Vakula, along with IEEE PES student branch members, O. Anjan Kumar(Chair), P.Sekhar(Vice chair), U.Prasuana (treasurer) and N. Alaina(Secretary),  organised a national webinar on "Variable Speed Drives and PLC Software Programming - Ladder logic and Implementation". The honourable Chief guest and the Speaker of this webinar was Sri RV Saradhi, a Retired Engineer of Kuwait Oil Company.
