With the emergence of sensor technology and cost-effective cloud-based systems, Electrical Predictive Asset Monitoring systems are now capable to address issues inside electrical distribution equipment and mitigate the risk of electrical failure using the tools like Machine Learning. However, data will always require an interpretation in order for it to be actionable and this is how a brand-agnostic cloud-based service supported by engineering consulting experts provides actionable recommendations for all asset brands and asset types.

The discussion will include:

-  General Architecture (Collect Data - Transport data - Analyze Data - Provide Actionable Feedback).

- Sensor technology to enable monitoring of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Motors, and other assets

- How sensor information and smart devices information such as protection relays is used to provide insights about equipment aging, fire risk prevention, optimized maintenance cycles, etc….

- Discuss Concrete examples of how this service has helped other customers around the 3 key aspects: Failure Prevention, Asset Life Management tracking, and Maintenance optimizations.
