To truly harness the scope and opportunities unfolding from this new paradigm of AI, IoT/ Edge, and Data, innovative new architectures that can meet the demands of high performance computing are becoming a critical requirement. This session provides insights into the most significant advancements in today’s technologies that are tackling the challenges while opening up huge market opportunities in this space.

SambaNova Systems Reconfigurable Dataflow Architecture is our software-defined hardware approach that powers SambaNova Systems DataScale—from algorithms to silicon. Our innovations are pushing past the limits of today’s solutions to accelerate AI and usher in a new era of computing.

Biography:

Vijay Tatkar has over 33 years of industry experience. Vijay started at Sun with Compilers and Application development tools engineering, like Debuggers, Performance and Code Analyzers, IDE and Cloud Computing tools. He then led Oracle’s Sun Systems ISV Engineering effort, managing a worldwide portfolio of 1000+partners who delivered over 10000 applications on the Solaris/SPARC platform. Vijay currently manages Partner Enablement within SambaNova; the role spans engagements across engineering, business development, marketing, and product management. He is also SambaNova’s official rep into MLPerf/MLCommons, an industry-standard, vendor-neutral AI/ML Benchmarking body.

Biography:

Everton Paulino has been helping his customers develop High-Performance Compute, Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence compute environments since 2000.  His experience spans all elements critical to advanced computing platforms to include Compute Servers, Storage, Networking, Accelerator technologies and integrated software.  Throughout his career, he has been primarily focused on developing solutions for the Automotive and Manufacturing market.    Additionally, Everton has experience in the Higher Education & Research, Life Sciences and Retail market segments.   Everton spent 15 and 5 years at SGI and HPE respectively.  Most recently, Everton joined SambaNova as the Business Development Executive for the Automotive & Manufacturing vertical market.
