Dr. Singh is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Postdoctoral Scholar at NASA/JPL-Caltech, USA. He held a microelectronics R&D Engineer position in the industry from 2010-12 and served as a university instructor from 2014-15. His current research interests include developing phase change materials (PCMs) and MEMS-based RF devices for mmWave applications. Dr. Singh has been awarded the prestigious Governor General’s Gold Medal for his academic and research activities. He has been awarded Young Engineer Award by EuMA, Belgium, and received NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship, Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, and several best paper awards.
