Quantum cryptography
IEEE Vizag Bay Section
Dr S.Madhavi Professor and Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Prasad v Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology given the talk on Quantum cryptography. Quantum cryptography is the science of exploiting quantum mechanical properties to perform cryptographic tasks. The best-known example of quantum cryptography is the quantum key distribution which offers an information-theoretically secure solution to the key exchange problem. Speaker addressed the application, advantages, and disadvantages of the technology.
