INAUGRATION OF COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SOCIETY IEEE SB SRI SAIRAM ENGINEERING COLLEGE

The IEEE SB & AI&DS department organized an event on the Inauguration of Computational Intelligence Society followed by a webinar on INTELLIGENCE UNIT COMMITMENT WITH VEHICLE TO GRID USING HYBRID OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUE on 09.09.2021 for the all the students of Sri Sairam Engineering College. Abhinav Suresh (IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Chair), welcomed the Chief Guest, Principal, HOD, and the student participants of this event The IEEE SB Counsellor Dr. S Brindha gave a brief account on the activities being held in the student branch. A brief introduction of the chief guest was delivered by Shrinithi G R (IEEE CIS Society Vice Chair) and welcomed the chief guest to start the webinar on the topic on INTELLIGENCE UNIT COMMITMENT WITH VEHICLE TO GRID USING HYBRID OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUE. Dr. N.Kumarappan Chairman, IEEE Madras Section and CIS Madras Chapter. Professor Department of Electrical Engineering Annamalai University, inaugurated Computational Intelligence Society and discussed the advantages of this society. Then he mentioned on how IEEE helps us on future scope and opportunities in Computational Intelligence. Karanam Poorna Siri (IEEE CIS Society Treasurer) summarized the webinar and asked the participants to clarify the doubts and queries. IEEE CIS Chapter Advisor/HOD of AI&DS Dept. thanked Dr. N Kumarappan for his presence during this memorable occasion. Vbha V (IEEE CIS Society Vice-Chair) concluded the event by delivering the vote of thanks.
