TINKERCAD DAN MICROBIT STEM PROGRAMME FOR THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF MALAYSIA
Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Electron Devices Society (IEEE EDS) in collaboration with the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (IMEN-UKM) will be organizing a STEM program called "Tinkercad and Microbit Stem Program for the Indigenous People of Malaysia".
The program is to introduce the indigenous people of Malaysia to the field of electrical and electronics engineering, a field fundamental to robotics and coding.
The program will provide 'hands-on' knowledge to students about electronic circuits and their applications in life.
Things they will learn:
✅ Knowledge on simple electrical circuits and their applications in daily life.
✅ Provide exposure to new and emerging electronics field such as coding using Microbit simulations.
✅ Exploration of apps through Tinkercad and Microbit simulations.
✅ Learn to recognize the basic components of electrical circuits using the Microbit Start Kit through hands-on experiments. This coding and robotics online class will be held online with no fee charged!
Details of the class are as follow:
